Meet Hogo and Z
While four out of the five alien delegates landed in areas most promising for direct democracy and connection to non-human nature, the first delegate — Hogo — chose Tokyo, Japan as a bastion of hierarchy, authoritarian psychology, and mindless consumerism, monitoring and ultimately tapping an unlikely liaison to disseminate their message around the world, starting within the United States of America: Z.
A multiyear resident of Japan who was born in North America, Z would make their return to NYC and establish this website under instruction from Hogo.
This website exists to relay messages from Hogo, with the hope that humans might find freedom and join the intergalactic ranks of non-human intelligence deepening their processes of self-discovery and creative growth/becoming.
